If your event attracts families, KaiBi is a simple and affordable hospitality solution. Families will be more likely to attend – and return – to your event if they have an inviting space to care for their little ones. Until now, event organizers have been faced with a choice – ignore the needs of families with babies or patchwork together a private space with a tent and a few chairs. Most typically, caregivers are left to find their own, less than ideal solutions.
We provide an all-inclusive turnkey solution that saves time and money. KaiBi arrives fully staffed and stocked! It is self-contained and can be stationed almost anywhere. The innovative and open design allows both male and female caregivers privacy and comfort to feed, change diapers, pump and provide sensory comfort.

Ideal Installation Footprint:
Trailer Only 30’ x 20’
Trailer with greeter/activation tent 40' x 20'
Trailer with overflow tent for adult/special needs changing 40' x 20'
The unit is a customized trailer that will be delivered to the event site. Once in place, the unit is self-contained using the onboard generator for power. Our service includes staff to facilitate, maintain, and host the unit, and complimentary supplies for guests including diapers and wipes.

Two private suites for feeding, nursing, pumping, soothing or sensory comfort
Open seating for feeding/soothing
Kids activity center for siblings
Two diaper changing stations
Information station to distribute educational materials and literature

One day rental rate: starting at $1,500
Weekend package: starting at $3,000 (2-3 days)
Extended rentals based upon availability.

KaiBi offers lucrative sponsorship opportunities to events! Events are encouraged to leverage KaiBi as a sponsor asset to your existing or new partners. Built-in sponsorship opportunities include “presented by” status, standalone signage placement outside of the trailer, and distribution of premiums and/or handouts.
